Service Delivery and Payment Policy

1. Service Overview
We provide professional services in three main areas: Full Stack Engineering, Advisory Services, and Recruitment & Sourcing. Each engagement is governed by a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and terms.
2. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined in each Statement of Work. Generally, services require an initial deposit, with remaining payments tied to project milestones or delivered on a monthly basis for ongoing engagements.
3. Service Delivery
All services are delivered according to the terms specified in the Statement of Work. Project timelines, deliverables, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined in each SOW.
4. Changes and Modifications
Any modifications to the scope of services will be handled through formal change orders as outlined in the Statement of Work. Additional services beyond the original scope will be quoted separately.
This is a general policy overview. Specific terms, conditions, and detailed service agreements are provided in individual Statements of Work. We reserve the right to modify these policies with appropriate notice to active clients.
